God gave me an amazing gift, the gift of art. Painting and creating has been a huge part of my life. My journey started as a self-taught artist raising two children over 50 years ago. During those 50 years I also chose to perfect my craft by taking various workshops with many locally and nationally known artists across the United States as well as joining various art societies and guilds. I love surrounding myself with the creative energies of like minded individuals.
After a 25-year career in the floral industry, I chose to pursue art full time. For the next 15 years I worked as a freelance muralist and artistic faux finisher. Creating artwork for businesses, companies and restaurants and individuals was an extremely rewarding experience. Some of my works can be viewed at the Tangier Restaurant in Akron, Ohio and the Cleveland Zoo in Cleveland, Ohio.
For the past 10 years I have been focusing on creating art from my heart and of my own vision. I have studied various mediums such as oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, pencil and alcohol ink to name a few.
